Robert Haughn is a freelance journalist that graduated from the University of Central Florida in Spring 2025, earning his bachelor's in Journalism.

Robert served at the assistant news editor for The Charge, overlooking stories on politics, student government, faculty and campus administration. He was also the campus government beat reporter for The Charge in spring 2024.

During the summer of 2024 he served as the first ever intern for Florida Politics, working as a part-time reporter as well as writing articles and newsletters about Florida's government and political races.
